Go and Flow is a nicely flowing route that meanders up the right side of the High Fruit Slab. It has steep jugs but enough relief to make it a great moderate.

Just like...go with the flow.

Well... isn't it?! Isn't It Gneiss has very fun, obvious climbing on gneiss-like rock. Psychedelic swirls of stone and some interesting movement make this one very...nice.

If you know you know a slice of pie so good, you'll want more. Climb very fun and interesting holds on a low angle face. Move up through expensive-looking holds before a small roof encounter. Good grips takes you to the top.
